Nalini Chinta

Nalini Chinta has worked in two companies, Avanti and Tata Steel. In 2018, they worked at Avanti as Lead - Operations and Product Development, Lead - Operations and Credit Risk, and Associate - Operations and Partnership. In 2017, they worked at Tata Steel as an Intern, during which they created a rating mechanism for analysing the vendor for Tata Steel, got an exposure to understand the working of Budgeting, Compliance Monitoring and Cost Control Department, and received the "Best Summer Internship" award from "ICFAI Business School".

Nalini Chinta has a diverse educational background. Nalini began their academic career in 1998, when they obtained a B.A. diploma in Classical Dance (Bharat Natyam) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti Allahabad. From 2007 to 2012, they attended D.B.M.S. English School and obtained an ISC in commerce. Nalini then attended Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning from 2012 to 2015, obtaining a B. Com Hons. in Insurance, Investment Analysis & Foreign Trade. In 2016, they obtained an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad. Most recently in 2022, they completed an Executive Development Programme in Advance Product Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
