Halsey Richartz

Halsey Richartz has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 as an Intern at the Hudson Institute's Center for Political-Military Analysis. From 2012 to 2014, Richartz held the roles of Corporate Immigration Paralegal and Assistant Corporate Immigration Paralegal at Fragomen. During this time, Richartz was also a Contract Racing Coach at the San Francisco Yacht Club. In 2016, Richartz became the Director, Sales Operations, Global Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2018, Richartz was Head Of Operations at Necto Inc. and in 2019, they became a Product Manager at Astrella. Richartz is currently a Senior Product Manager at Custodia Bank, a role they have held since 2022.

Halsey Richartz attended St. George's School from 2003 to 2007, Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2007-2008, and the University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2011. In 2021, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Halsey also has a Small Boat Instructor Level 2 certification from US Sailing.
