Darrell Harris

Darrell Harris is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in maintenance and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Maintenance and Utilities at Avanti Polar Lipids, Darrell oversees the maintenance of process equipment and facilities while managing reliability and process engineering. Previous roles include Senior Maintenance and Facilities Manager and Senior Reliability Engineer at Evonik, Plant Engineer/Maintenance Manager at Benjamin Moore & Co., and Facilities Engineer at Raytheon. Darrell has successfully led capital projects, implemented predictive maintenance techniques, and contributed to significant improvements in operational efficiency, safety, and reliability throughout a career that began with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and further education at Clemson University and Georgia Tech University.
