Christin Diamantis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Operations Coordinator at Avanti Press since December 2016, Christin collaborates with the Director of Sales Operations and Business Development team to enhance revenue from key accounts while overseeing product inventory and sales for major Midwest grocery chains through Scan Based Trading. Prior to this role, Christin worked at AT&T from January 2000 to July 2016, holding positions as a Retail Account Executive and Manager of Dealers. In these roles, Christin conducted audits, managed business plans, implemented construction build-out programs for new retail locations, and facilitated grand opening events. Christin holds a Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological and Physical Sciences from Wayne State University.
