Aysha (Dinius) Prentice, MBA has worked in a variety of industries and roles. In 2022, they began working as a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter for Avanti Recruitment Solutions, formerly InfoSYS, Inc. In 2019, they became the Director of Alumni Relations and Network Strategy at the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management. From 2016 to 2008, they were the New Dentist Relations Manager at the California Dental Association, where they were a key ambassador and recruited dental students, post-graduates, and new dentists for membership. From 2008 to 2004, they worked as an Operations Manager and Manager at Hydor Usa Inc, managing global business collaborative operations and assisting with multimillion dollar budgets, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars. From 2004 to 2002, they were an Entrepreneur and Operations Manager at Great Outdoors, LLC, launching the small business from research to reality. Lastly, from 2002 to 2008, they were a Patient Support and Medical Billing at Medstar LLC, ensuring adherence with medical insurance policies and billing practices.
