Jono Swanson

Jono Swanson is a seasoned professional in portfolio and fund management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Avanti Residential since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Carmel Partners from December 2011 to June 2021, where responsibilities spanned Senior Vice President and Vice President of Fund Management, as well as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier career stages include a Supervising Senior position at CBIZ MHM, LLC, managing audits and accounting standards for SEC clients, and a Tax Associate role at Cutler & Shannon, LLP. Jono holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of San Diego and has completed a Semester at Sea program.
