H G. is currently serving as Systems Integration Manager at Avanti West Coast since July 2023 and holds the position of Director at Gemini Applications Limited, also representing Avanti West Coast on its board. Prior to this, H G. was a Director at Gemini Applications Limited from October 2022 to July 2023, where representation was on behalf of TransPennine Express. At TransPennine Express, from November 2018 to July 2023, H G. worked as Service Delivery Systems Lead within the TPE Commercial Team, managing revenue management strategies, revenue forecasting, and leading digital advancements, notably the introduction of big data analytics and automation of timetabling processes. H G. began professional career at Northern as a Graduate in Operations, Engineering, and Franchise Transformation from September 2016 to November 2018, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016.
