Natalie Whitehouse

Natalie Whitehouse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Avanti West Coast since June 2021. Prior to this role, Natalie held various leadership positions at Royal Mail from January 2011, including Head of Operational Learning, Head of Workforce Planning, People Change Deployment Manager, Head of HR, and Regional Resourcing Manager. Additionally, Natalie worked as an HR Business Partner at Amazon from November 2020 to June 2021. Natalie holds a BA Joint Honours degree in French and Latin from the University of Nottingham, earned between 2000 and 2004.
