Mike Hammontree, PMP

Mike Hammontree, PMP has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Progressive Insurance in various roles including QA Analyst, IT Systems Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, and Subro Specialist. In 2007, they began working as an I.T. Project Management Consultant for Avantia, Inc. where they provided project management best practices, expertise and services customized to their unique needs. In 2010, they became a volunteer Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society's Pan Ohio Hope Ride, where they were responsible for event planning, recruiting, fundraising decisions and oversight for local volunteer committees.

Mike Hammontree obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communications from The University of Akron in 1996. In 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
