Andrea Amaro Gómez is a co-founder of Avantis, a strategic innovation consultancy focused on transforming corporate environments through talent, innovation, and purpose. Additionally, Andrea co-founded Mar de Fondo to promote environmental awareness through sports. Andrea has experience as a development consulting partner at Prinzipal Partners and has led projects at Neemboo, a junior enterprise centered on entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as at Mazinn, focused on cultural connections with new consumers. Educational credentials include degrees in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from TEAMLABS and Mondragon Unibertsitatea, along with specialized training in leadership, sustainability, and ethics from the University for Peace.
