Adam Loyack

Adam Loyack is currently the Director of Innovation and Strategic Platforms at Avantor, a position held since February 2019, where responsibilities include driving strategic innovation through a lean startup approach. Prior to Avantor, Adam served as the Director of Product Management and Strategic Marketing at Innocor, Inc., managing customer and product mixes as well as leading product innovation initiatives that resulted in significant EBITDA growth. Adam's experience also includes a tenure at Dow Chemical as Global Commercial Manager and Demand Manager, where market strategies were developed to enhance EBITDA and global demand planning for a multi-billion dollar business. Earlier roles at Rohm and Haas Company encompassed project management and process engineering, including significant contributions to quality control and process improvement in semiconductor consumables. Adam holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, along with participation in an International Summer School for Chemical Engineering at TU Dortmund University.
