Ali Sadek

Ali SADEK, PhD, currently serves as a Life Sciences Specialist and European Applications & Process Development Manager at Avantor since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Lallemand Animal Nutrition as Chargé de projets R&D from March 2020 to May 2023, focusing on antibacterial activities from unconventional yeasts and microbiota analysis using advanced sequencing techniques. Ali contributed to the European Interreg HortiBlueC project at Institut Charles Viollette, developing enzymatic hydrolysis of marine by-products. Earlier experience includes research positions at Harvard Medical School, the European Space Agency, and project management as President of IDP Ingénierie. Ali holds a Doctorate from the University of Lille and a degree in Biological Engineering from Polytech Clermont, with additional technical education in Biological Engineering from IUT A Lille 1.
