Bill Kausch

Bill Kausch has had a diverse and successful career in SAP planning and procurement. Bill worked as the SAP Planning and Procurement Applications Lead at Avantor Performance Materials, where they designed and implemented SAP configuration changes to improve operations. Bill also played a key role in the European SAP expansion. Prior to this, they were a Sr. SAP Specialist at Limited Brands, where they received an award for their work on regional distribution centers and led end-to-end testing for major seasonal design releases. Before that, at Air Products, they held various positions such as Lead SAP Solutions Specialist and Lead ERP/SAP Engineer. Bill was responsible for production planning and MRP configuration, completing multiple global SAP releases, and passing the SAP certification examination. Bill also led the Production Planning Support team, effectively resolving urgent post Go-Live issues.

Bill Kausch has a Master of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering Practice from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bill also obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, they have an MBA Degree in Finance and Research from the Lehigh University College of Business. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA at the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
