Kate Tomasini

Kate Tomasini has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kate currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Director/ Global Lead, Americas at Avantor. Before that, they worked as a Technical Recruiting Manager at Meta, specializing in network infrastructure. Prior to that, Kate held several leadership roles at PwC, including Director of US Trust Solutions Experienced Recruiting Talent Acquisition, Director of US Assurance Experienced Recruiting Talent Acquisition, and Senior Manager of National Risk Assurance Talent Acquisition & Recruitment. Kate also served as the Experienced Recruiting Manager for PwC's Washington Public Sector Practice - Financial Services. Earlier in their career, Kate worked as the Director of Staffing/VP Operations at Elite Human Capital Group, where they supervised a team of staffing consultants and facilitated job placements. Kate also worked as a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Kforce Professional Staffing and held the position of Store Manager/Shop Director at Bath & Body Works, where they oversaw daily operations and sales activities.

Kate Tomasini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies & Sociology from Wheaton College Massachusetts, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Human-Centered Design, Digital Acumen, Data Tools and Visualization Skills Badge, and Business Analytics: Data Wrangling from PwC.
