Kim Bogert

Kim Bogert currently serves as Senior Compensation Manager for the Americas at Avantor, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Kim was Global Compensation Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company from November 2016 to June 2024, overseeing compensation management across 20 countries. Experience includes roles at Domtar as Sr. Advisor in the Compensation Center of Excellence, and at Time Warner Cable as Senior Compensation Consultant, where project leadership for Long-Term Incentive redesigns and merit pay cycles was undertaken. Kim holds a BA in Communications and Public Relations from North Carolina State University.
