The current board of directors at Avantor have a wide range of experience in both finance and operations. The board is currently made up of the Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Aptiv, the Chief Financial Officer at inVentiv Health, the Managing Director at Liberty Lane Partners, and the Senior Vice President at Thermo Fisher Scientific. All four members of the board have a background in finance, with three of them also having experience in accounting and economics.
