Rochelle Carlin

Rochelle Carlin is an experienced professional in the translation and localization industry, currently serving as Proposal Manager at Avantpage Translations since January 2021. In addition, Rochelle operates as a freelancer and consultant, providing services in business development, proposal writing, government contracting, and project/vendor management to global small and medium-sized language service providers since March 2017.
