Richard (“Rick”) Schult leads Business Development at Avantus Federal. He brings over 15 years of consulting experience within the Federal government and has led multiple program successes while with Avantus. As the Executive Vice President of Business Development, Rick is responsible for driving organic growth strategies for the entire Avantus enterprise.
