Emelie Svartling Stjärnborg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) management. Currently serving as Area Lead for Core Experience & Personalization at Avanza Bank, Emelie has a strong background in innovation, UX/CX strategy, design/branding strategy, and product management. Previous roles include Director of CX at Bouvet Sverige AB, where Emelie managed CX department managers and contributed to business development, as well as a UX Consultant at Valtech AB, working with notable clients on digital strategy and UX design.
