Xiaoying Feng

Xiaoying Feng is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Avar Consulting, Inc. and as a Researcher (Contractor) with the American Institutes for Research since December 2018. Previously, Xiaoying built a strong academic foundation as a Doctoral Fellow and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida from 2013 to 2018, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership. Xiaoying also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Economics in Applied Psychology and Finance from Tianjin University of Commerce in China, attained from 2009 to 2013.
