César Rodríguez

César Rodríguez has a strong background in operations management and operational excellence. César is currently working as the Director of Operations at Avara Pharmaceutical Services. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Operations Manager at Thermo King from October 2018 to August 2022. César also held various positions at Actavis (now Allergan), including Operational Excellence Manager, Packaging Manager, and Operational Support Administrator. César started their career at Merck as a Manufacturing Supervisor from January 2012 to February 2015.

César Rodríguez earned their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. César then continued their academic journey, attending the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus from 2016 to 2020, where they successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Finance.
