Victor Naumik

Victor Naumik is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in blockchain technology and software development. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer for Smart Contracts at Aave Companies since September 2022, Victor specializes in the development of Lens Protocol smart contracts. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Oiler Network, where Victor led strategic decisions and implementation, and Blockchain Developer at OTOY, focusing on smart contracts for RenderToken. Victor has also contributed as a Blockchain Consultant at Nethermind, overseeing CLI and Web3 integrations, and held various technical positions at other organizations, including founding a visual production studio and managing partnerships.
