Javier Peña Capobianco is a distinguished fellow at Avasant and a previous company of Catholic University of Uruguay. Javier is also the head of international trade department and has experience as an international consultant with various companies such as Interamerican Development Bank, ALADI, and ECLAC. Javier has created an innovative nomenclature and methodology to measure service exports in the region which is currently being used by the government of Chile.
Javier Peña Capobianco has a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, a Professional Coach certification from Newfield Network, a Master in International Business Management from Universitat de Barcelona, a Diploma in Economics from Universidad de la República, a Magister in International Relations from Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset - Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Licenciado en Relaciones Internacionales from Universidad de la República. Javier also has a Diploma in Intellectual Property from Escuela de Negocios Internacionales.
