Stephen Ganote

Stephen Ganote is the managing director at Avascent, a leading strategy and management consulting firm. Stephen has over 12 years of experience with the company, during which time they have held various positions, including managing director and corporate strategy director. Prior to their work with Avascent, Ganote was with Booz & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked in their aerospace and defense practices for a combined four years. In their three years at Intelsat, Ganote served as the corporate strategy director. Stephen has a wealth of experience in government-driven markets and is well-versed in the areas of strategic growth, value capture, and mergers and acquisitions support. Ganote is known for their analytical rigor and flexible service model, which have helped him to successfully advise clients in highly demanding environments.
