Lakshminarasiman Avadhanam has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they completed an implant training at TVS Motor Company, where they focused on problem-solving, process efficiency, and maintenance of bikes and scooter machines. In 2021, they worked as an Environmental and Sustainability Awareness intern at Cynsar Foundation, and in 2022, they joined AVASOFT as a QEA Engineer.

From 2018 to 2022, Lakshminarasiman Avadhanam pursued a Bachelor's in Engineering & Technology in the field of Mechanical Engineering & Technology at Pondicherry University.
