Don Ferris

Don Ferris has a wide range of work experience in the engineering and testing field. Don started their career as a Test Technician at B F Goodrich Avionics Systems in 1990, where they worked until 1991. Don then moved to General Motors, where they served as a Test Technician from 1991 to 1999. During this time, they gained experience in testing and validation. In 1999, Ferris joined Johnson Controls as a Senior Test Development Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing test support for validation and environmental tests. Don also had extensive experience in LabVIEW programming, including data acquisition, instrument control, and technical data management. Don designed and built automated testers with various technologies such as Bluetooth, GPS, and audio and image acquisition. Ferris currently holds a position as an Engineer at AvaSure since 2014.

Don Ferris attended Ferris State University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a BSEEET degree in Electronics.
