Nikola Tashkovski

Nikola Tashkovski has a diverse work experience ranging from software testing to operations management. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Operations Manager at M2 LLC where they were responsible for recruiting and training new employees, as well as quickly resolving daily issues. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at IT LABS, implementing standardized testing practices and evaluating application tests. In 2019, they became a Quality Assurance Testing Specialist at Tester Work, integrating testing practices into the software development lifecycle and conducting tests on various projects. Moving on to 3RD PARTY SOLUTIONS in 2020, they assumed the role of Lead Software Quality Assurance Analyst, overseeing the QA team, implementing standardized testing practices, and evaluating application tests. Currently, since 2023, Nikola works as a Software Test Automation Engineer at AvaSure, where they develop and maintains automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and conducts various types of testing.

Nikola Tashkovski pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Development at Seavus Education and Development Center from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification entitled "Selenium Essential Training" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
