Prerna Malhotra

Prerna Malhotra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Prerna is currently the Director of Customer Success & Delivery at Avataar. Prior to this, they worked at Narvar as the Head of Customer Success & Growth, APAC, where they also held the role of Customer Success. Prerna also has experience as a Partnership Lead at Hotstar and as a Senior Manager - Product & Revenue Strategy at Star India, where they focused on growing revenue and defining long-term strategies for emerging sports portfolios. Earlier in their career, Prerna worked as a Marketing Manager at MAGMA FINCORP LIMITED, leading customer engagement projects and driving process corrections to improve sales productivity. Prerna also worked as a Group Head, Media Planning at MINDSHARE FULCRUM, GROUP M, and as an Account Executive, Media Planning at STARCOM MEDIAVEST GROUP. Prerna's work experience also includes a summer internship at PEPSICO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (FRITO LAY DIVISION), QUAKER OATS.

Prerna Malhotra obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from INSEAD between 2015 and 2016. In 2022, they obtained a certification in PLG from ProductLed.
