Shane O'Neill

Shane O'Neill is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Avatar Natural Foods since January 2023, Shane has previously held significant roles including District Manager at Cafe Zupas from February 2020 to January 2023, Area Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from August 2015 to February 2020, and Director of Operations at Caffe il Cipresso between April 2013 and August 2015. Shane began a decade-long tenure at Texas Roadhouse in 2004, ultimately reaching the position of Managing Partner before transitioning to other opportunities in the industry.
