Julian Volyn

Julian Volyn has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2008. Julian began their career at Ubisoft as a University Marketing Associate in 2008. In 2011, they moved to Nextive as a Business Development Manager. In 2010, they founded RedCandy Games, a New York game studio creating new properties on PC, mobile, and console platforms. In 2013, they founded RoomlyNYC, a platform designed to make apartment-hunting in NYC less painful. In 2012, they joined FactSet as a Product Manager. In 2015, they became a Sr. Product Manager and Analytics Manager at Gamblit Gaming, LLC. In 2018, they joined AT&T as a Sr. XR Product Manager. In 2019, they were the Head of Product at Chorus Innovations, Inc. and in 2021, they became the Director of Product & Engineering and Lead Software Engineer (AR/VR) at Avatar Partners.

Julian Volyn attended West Morris Central High School before receiving their BS in Electronic Arts, Tech Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2011. Julian then went on to receive their MS in Technology, Commercialization & Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management in 2012. During 2011-2012, Julian also attended Albany Law School.
