Lonnie Ledford serves as a Senior Avaya Telecommunications Project Manager at Avatel Technologies, overseeing the implementation of Avaya IP Office Phone Systems for small and medium-sized businesses since November 2010. With a background in leadership roles and volunteerism, Lonnie has contributed to various organizations, including serving as a Secretary and committee chair for the Suncoast Softball League and as a Volunteer Board Member and Social Media Director for Friends of Florida State Parks, Inc. Previous experience includes managing portfolio strategies at MeriCap Credit Corp and leading insurance services at The Cobalt Agency. Lonnie also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Knox College and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, specializing as a Combat Medic and Short Range Air Defense Officer.
