Moath abu Shamleh

Moath Abu Shamleh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical delivery and software management. Currently serving as a Technical Delivery Lead at Avaya since January 2022, Moath previously held the position of Software Technical Manager at MDS PACC from July 2012 to July 2022, where responsibilities included gathering and analyzing business requirements, as well as systems integration. Earlier, from October 2007 to July 2012, Moath was a Team Lead at Al Yousef Group, focused on system specifications and the design and implementation of Avaya-based Contact Center Applications. Moath holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Al-Zaytoonah University in Amman, Jordan, earned between 1998 and 2002.
