Richard Everton

Richard Everton has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Richard'smost recent role was as the Director of Operations at AvCarb Material Solutions, where they focused on developing business cases and executing strategies to improve asset and people productivity. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Operations (Consulting Contract) at The Rubber Group, where they specialized in molding rubber parts with tight tolerances.

Before their role at AvCarb, Richard was the CEO/President of Team RJ Apparel, leading the manufacturing of branded custom shirts and signage for large firms across the nation. Richard also held the position of Senior Materials Manager at Spaulding Composites Inc, overseeing global composites material planning and supply chain process improvement.

Richard has experience in process improvement and machining as the GM of Process Improvement & Machining (Consulting Contract) at K.W. Thompson Tool Company, Inc, and as a Process Manager at Hollingsworth & Vose, a leader in manufacturing various fibers and technologies.

Additionally, Richard served in the Army National Guard for several years, where they held the position of Sergeant, Sr. Operations Manager, Div. Tactical Operations Center, and was certified as a drone pilot.

Richard Everton has a diverse education history that spans various fields and institutions. Richard'seducation journey began in 2000 at The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy, where they pursued Operations Management and Strategic Planning. Richard then attended Cape Cod Community College from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.

In 2017, Richard enrolled at North Carolina State University, where they pursued an Engineering Certification in Wood Science and Wood Products/Pulp and Paper Technology. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various areas from the Management and Strategy Institute, including Corporate Leadership Certified (CLC), Lean Culture Certified (LCC), Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP), and Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) in 2020.

Aside from formal education, Richard Everton also received specialized training from the U.S Army Regional Training Institute. Richard completed the Total Army Instructor certification, specializing in large group instruction and training. Furthermore, they obtained the Small Group Instructor certification, focusing on group learning dynamics and psychology.
