Roni Benson

Roni Benson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Roni currently holds the role of Area VP Clinical Operations at Aveanna Healthcare since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Area Vice President at Preferred Pediatric Home from October 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they served as the Chief Quality Officer and Administrator at Preferred Home Health Care from December 2015 to October 2020. From August 2011 to December 2015, Roni worked as the Regional Director of Quality and Clinical Transformation at Community Health Systems. Roni also held the position of Chief Quality Officer at Community Health Systems from July 2004 to July 2011. Roni's earliest work experience was as the Nursing Director at Galesburg Cottage Hospital from September 2000 to July 2004.

Roni Benson holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University. They also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the same university. Additionally, Roni Benson obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Seminole Community College. They have a certification as a Registered Nurse from IDFPR.
