The leaders of Aveanna Healthcare have a long history of working in the healthcare industry. The Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations previously worked at PSA Healthcare, and the Chief Financial Officer used to work at ApolloMD. The leaders all have different educational backgrounds, with the Head Nurse studying at the University of Tampa and the Chief Accounting Officer studying at the University of Maryland. The leaders have a lot of experience in different aspects of healthcare, from nursing to finance.
