Jan Pieter Dekker has extensive experience in financial management, primarily with Royal Avebe since October 1998, where the role of Controller Operations involves overseeing CAPEX investments, utilities, supply chain, purchasing and facilities, as well as quality, environment, safety, and health (QESH) and workforce management (WCOM). Prior to this, Jan Pieter held several managerial positions within Lavold Schoonmaak in 1998, including Manager of Financial Administration, Basic Administration, and Payroll and Pension Administration. Earlier experience includes work in the USZO (IBG) in 1996 in the Collections Department. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Economics from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, along with a Practicum Diploma in Payroll Administration obtained in 2003. Additional educational experiences include studies at Stichting DACE, Dr Nassau College, and Lindenstein.
