Paul Van Norman has extensive experience in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Nitto Avecia since 2000. Over the years, Paul has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Manufacturing, and Production Manager for both Clinical Development Services and Launched Products. Prior to Nitto Avecia, Paul worked at Hybridon Specialty Products as a Senior Manufacturing Technician and Manufacturing Technician from 1995 to 2000. Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Worcester State University, along with several certificates in Biotechnology, Management and Leadership, and Process Improvement from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
