Sander Holtmaat

Sander Holtmaat is an experienced professional in the construction and building sector, currently serving as an active member of Branchevereniging Vm2 since January 2024. Since January 2016, Sander has been working as an advisor for existing buildings at Aveco de Bondt, focusing on the three-dimensional documentation of existing structures, creating AS-Built 2D and 3D models, condition assessments in accordance with NEN-2767, and conducting architectural inspections. In addition, Sander has been employed as a 3D modeler for architectural reinforcement at VIIA since June 2020. Sander's earlier experience includes roles as an all-round carpenter at Aannemingsbedrijf Tibben Mariënheem from January 2008 to January 2016 and as a trainee carpenter at Bouwgroep Jansman from January 2004 to January 2008. Education was received at ROC Aventus Deventer, culminating in an MBO degree in Bouwkunde.
