Niall Martin

Niall Martin is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Team Leader and Legal Counsel at AVEGA Luxembourg since June 2022. Prior to this, Niall held the position of Senior Legal Officer - Capital Markets at TMF Group for two years and worked as Corporate Counsel - Capital Markets Alternative Investments at VISTRA for seven months. Niall's career includes roles such as Relationship Manager at Intertrust Group and Corporate Governance Research Associate at Glass, Lewis & Co., where research focused on the German-speaking European markets. Niall's legal journey began as a Senior Paralegal at Manifolds Solicitors, followed by a Claims Contract Paralegal position at L. Davidson Solicitors. Niall has also held management positions in hospitality.
