Trent Odell

Trent ODell has over a decade of experience in quality management and safety within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Quality Manager and EH & Safety Associate at Aveka Mfg since May 2012, Trent leads food safety and customer audits, ensures regulatory compliance, and initiates cost-saving projects. Previously, Trent held roles as Project Manager and Quality & Safety Associate at the same company, focusing on production planning, efficiency monitoring, and quality system documentation. Prior experience includes serving as Area Trainer at Ashley Industrial Molding and various leadership roles at Sodexo during academic years at Upper Iowa University, where Trent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
