Jim Ganopulos

Jim Ganopulos has over 40 years of aviation experience. Jim began their career in 1982 as an Aircraft Technician at Stanbough's Air Service Inc. In 1983, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Technician AMT Assembly and Systems. In 1985, they joined Delta Air Lines and held a variety of roles including General Manager Fleet Engineering, General Manager Reliability Engineering, and Manager Technical Services. In 2021, they joined Avelo Airlines as Director of Engineering, MCC and Planning, leading the Technical Operations Engineering, Maintenance Control and Planning team.

Jim Ganopulos attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 1980 to 1982, where they earned a Degree Specialized Aeronautical Technology. Jim also attended the University of Pittsburgh's College of Arts and Science.
