Dale Alward

Dale Alward has an extensive work history in the healthcare industry. With over 38 years of experience, they have held various leadership positions in different organizations. Dale started their career in 1983 as a Medical Service Corp Officer in the US Air Force, where they served until 2007. In 2007, they joined Bon Secours Health System as an Administrative Director of Project Management before moving to Mercy Hospital - HCA the same year. At Mercy Hospital, Dale held several roles, including Assistant Administrator, Chief Operating Officer, President & Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. In 2017, Dale joined LifePoint Health® as Chief Executive Officer and served in this role until 2021. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer at Avem Health Partners. Throughout their career, Dale has demonstrated their expertise and leadership skills in the healthcare industry.

Dale Alward earned a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, between 2000 and 2002, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Troy University, specializing in Public Administration.
