Jens Pauli

Jens Pauli is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in leading international strategic projects, particularly in supply chain and procurement, operational strategy, and process improvements, currently serving at AVENCORE since March 2020. Previously, Jens held multiple roles at wine_collective from May 2020 to December 2023, including Gründer. Jens has a strong background in project management and digital health initiatives from a tenure at Urgo Medical, where responsibilities included managing the digitalized health care journey and preparing the innovative App Healico for market readiness. Earlier roles include working student positions at MTU Aero Engines and Bayerische Staatsoper, focusing on investor relations and sales support, respectively. Jens holds a Master of Science in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution, supplemented by a semester abroad at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
