Brittany Berry-Pusey, PhD has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. In 2006, they were a Project Manager at Advanced Composites Inc. In 2007, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and a Lab Specialist at the University of Utah's Integrated Neural Interface Program. From 2009 to 2014, they were Co-Founder and an Advancing Bioengineering Innovations Fellow at UCLA Business of Science Center. From 2014 to 2016, they were a New Product Ideation Manager at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. and from 2016 to 2017, they were Senior Manager Device Partnerships and Scouting at Novo Nordisk, where they developed strategy and identified opportunities within digital therapeutics to improve patient outcomes. In 2017, they co-founded Avenda Health, where they currently serve as COO.
Brittany Berry-Pusey, PhD has a diverse educational background. Brittany earned a B.S. in Physics with a Minor in French from the University of Utah. Brittany then attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where they earned their Ph.D. in Biomedical Physics. Additionally, they have taken courses in Executive Leadership Education- Mergers and Acquisitions at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Brittany also holds certifications in Advertising and Promotion of Medical Devices from AdvaMed, MDA Leadership from MDA Leadership Consulting, Market Access and Public Affairs from Novo Nordisk, Mergers and Acquisitions from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and PMA Submissions from AdvaMed.
