Nadia Goldfuss

Nadia Goldfuss is an expert in compensation and HR systems with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the HR field. Currently serving at Aveniq since November 2021, Nadia holds the positions of Expert Compensation & HR Systems, Head of Compensation & Systems, and HR Project Manager. Prior to this role, Nadia worked at Axpo Group for nearly eight years, culminating in the position of Teamleader HR Services. Earlier experience includes roles at Axpo Group as a Business Consultant ERP HR and Projektleiterin SAP HCM, as well as serving as Head Payroll & Projects at EGL AG. Nadia Goldfuss has pursued advanced education in human resources, earning a CAS in Compensation & Benefits Management and a CAS in Payroll Expert from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, as well as a MAS in HR Management. Additionally, Nadia holds a Betriebswirtschafterin HF degree in Business Administration from HFW Baden.
