Roger Lussi

Roger Lussi's work experience begins in 1994 as a student at TEKO Schweizerische Fachschule. Roger then worked as a Software Support Engineer at Plancal International from 1995 to 1996. From 1996 to 1999, they served as a Hardware and Software Support Engineer at Braso. In 1999, they joined A&F Computersysteme AG as a UNIX System Engineer (Solaris) until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Baloise Group, first as an ICT-Systemspezialist Professional and then as an ICT-Systemspezialist Senior. Roger then became the Leiter Basis Services, IT-Operations, overseeing the Windows/Linux Server & Storage teams. From 2014 to 2017, they served as an IT Service Manager at Baloise Group. In 2017, they joined AdNovum Informatik AG as a Senior Service Manager and Deputy Head of Service Delivery Management. At AdNovum, they negotiated and monitored Service Level Agreements while also developing business relationships and establishing ITIL processes. Since 2018, they have been working at Aveniq, initially as the Deputy Head of SAP Technology / Service Manager SAP. In 2021, they became the Head of SAP Technology and later the Head of ERP Service & Security Solutions.

Roger Lussi's education history is as follows:

From 2013 to 2015, they attended the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they obtained a MAS FHNW Information Systems Management degree in the field of Computer-/IT-Verwaltung und -Management.

In 2014, they studied at the same university and earned a CAS IT-Management degree.

Also in 2014, they completed a CAS Business Process Management program at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

In 2013, they pursued a CAS IT Service Management & IT Controlling course at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

Additionally, they attended TEKO Schweizerische Fachschule AG, Luzern in 1994 and 1995, where they obtained a diploma in Wirtschaftsinformatiker.
