Jean-Luc Chenaux

Jean-Luc Chenaux is a Senior Partner at Kellerhals Carrard since September 2014 and a Professor of Business and Corporate Law at the University of Lausanne, where teaching focuses on business law, corporate law, financial markets, and corporate governance. Jean-Luc also serves as Vice President of the Swiss Takeoverboard and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Carrard Consulting SA and Assura. Additionally, Jean-Luc is a member of the Strategic Committee for the Chambre vaudoise du commerce et de l'industrie and the Program Committee for Avenir Suisse. Previous roles include Board Member at the Institut Suisse de Recherche contre le cancer and Chairman at Vinci Capital SA. Jean-Luc holds a Ph.D. and an LLM in Law from the University of Lausanne and completed a Certificate in Finance and Accounting at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2016.
