Karthick Devaraj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and IT solutions and staffing across various regions, including Malaysia, India, and Europe. Currently serving as the Country Head for Malaysia at Avensys Consulting since March 2017, Karthick has successfully proposed and achieved business deals and developed comprehensive business development plans. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Development and Key Account Management at Randstad, where Karthick established relationships with Fortune 500 companies. With a background in business development roles in multiple organizations, Karthick has a strong educational foundation, holding an Executive MBA in Sales Management from the Indian School of Business Management & Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
