Gianluca Ghirlanda

Gianluca Ghirlanda is currently working as an Offshore Installation Analysis Engineer at AVENTA since June 2022. Prior to this role, Gianluca was a Research and Development Engineer at Wave for Energy from October 2019 to June 2022, where Gianluca worked on various projects related to marine energy. With a background in energy engineering and management, Gianluca has also held positions in project engineering, mechanical design engineering, and research fellow roles in various organizations. Gianluca's diverse experience includes working on energy storage systems, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and solar installations. In addition to their practical experience, Gianluca has pursued further education with multiple degrees in energy engineering, management, and nuclear engineering.
