Jon Hatwell has gained extensive work experience in the risk management and insurance industry. Jon started their career as an Intern at Ashcourt Rowan in 2011. Jon then worked as a Summer Associate at Wilkins Kennedy LLP in 2012. In 2013, Jon joined Deloitte UK as an Assistant Manager, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Aspen Insurance Group, starting as an Insurance Risk Analyst and progressing to a Risk Manager role. In 2022, Jon became a Senior Risk Manager at Aspen Insurance Group, a position they held until 2023. Since 2024, Jon has been serving as the Head of Risk - Consilium at Aventum Group.
Jon Hatwell completed their high school education at St. Edwards Comprehensive School & Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2010. Jon then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham, graduating in 2013. Jon also attended ICAEW for an unspecified period without completing a degree or field of study.
